Grace Haven by AveXa was created from the understanding that many individuals—our program participants—are working hard yet still unable to afford market-rate housing, often living paycheck to paycheck.

We provide affordable shared housing in a structured, supportive environment, along with basic financial education to help participants build stability and move toward long-term independence.

We believe stable housing is the foundation for everything else. By creating a supportive environment, we help program participants rebuild confidence, regain stability, and take meaningful steps toward long-term independence.

We believe education is key, which is why we provide basic financial education to our program participants. Because without understanding your finances, it becomes difficult to take control of them and build a stable future.
