Housing Program Overview

Grace Haven by AveXa provides safe, affordable, shared housing designed for individuals navigating life transitions. We offer more than a place to stay we offer stability, dignity, and a realistic path forward.

Who the Program Is For

We serves adults who are:

  • Experiencing housing instability
  • Living on low or fixed incomes
  • Veterans
  • Individuals with prior eviction history
  • Individuals rebuilding after life transitions
  • Individuals seeking stable housing in a supportive environment

Each participant’s situation is unique, and we take an individualized approach to ensure a respectful, and safe shared-living experience.

How Shared Housing Works

Our homes are structured to promote stability, respect, and community.

  • Private or shared bedrooms
  • Shared kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms
  • Utilities included
  • WIFI included
  • Fully furnished common areas and bedrooms

This model allows us to keep costs intentionally below market while creating a community-oriented living environment.

Housing Costs & Pricing Guidance

Our pricing is structured to remain affordable and flexible, recognizing that no two situations are the same.

  • Monthly rates typically start at $750/ month but vary based on room type (private or shared room), location, and individual circumstances
  • Pricing are discussed after application review to ensure the best fit for both the individual and the home

Placement Process

We believe thoughtful placement creates safer, more successful shared homes.

  1. Housing Interest Form submission
  2. Initial review of participants housing needs and availability
  3. Placement based on compatibility and shared-living expectations
  4. Move-in coordination and expectations review

We thoughtfully place individuals in shared homes based on compatible needs and circumstances to promote a safe, supportive living environment.

Length of Stay

Grace Haven by AveXa supports both short-term and longer-term housing needs.

  • Some individuals stay for several months
  • Others may remain for a year or longer

Length of stay depends on individual goals, progress, and housing availability. Our focus is stability, not pressure.

These resources are designed to support long-term success and independence.
