Brooke Porter serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AveXa, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees the vision, growth, and operations of AveXa. She leads the development of its shared-housing model, partnerships, community initiatives, and long-term organizational goals. Through purpose-driven leadership, Brooke is committed to creating safe, stable, and affordable housing opportunities while building communities where individuals have the support and resources to thrive.

Thomas Porter serves as the Director of Operations and Housing of AveXa, where he oversees day-to-day operations of the housing program, ensuring properties are safe, well maintained, organized, and aligned with AveXa’s housing standards. Coordinating move ins and move outs, property needs, maintenance, and housing logistics. 

Precious Williams serves as the Director of Participant Services for AveXa, leading participants intake, onboarding, support, documentation, and resource coordination-ensuring each participant receives the guidance and support needed to thrive. Through compassionate communication and consistent follow-up, Precious helps foster an environment where participants feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive.

Ashley Hollimon serves as the Director of Marketing & Communications of AveXa, where she provides strategic leadership for AveXa’s marketing, branding, communications, and community outreach initiatives. She shapes the organization’s public voice, elevates its visibility, and translates its mission into compelling stories that advance its housing initiatives and highlight its impact. Through thoughtful relationship-building, Ashley connects with participants, property owners, community partners, sponsors, and local organizations to strengthen collaboration and expand AveXa’s reach. Her leadership ensures that every message is clear, consistent, professional, and grounded in compassion.
